   My charging port stopped working a while back, went to a local shop nearby and they said it needs a new port, but would take a few days. Called Time 2 Talk said can be done on same day along as they have the correct port in stock but it might just need a clean. Even though the other shop looked and said it was clean. I took it in for them to have a look. It took the guy 5 minutes cleaned the port, charging and data transfer works completely fine. Saved me a load of money compared to getting the port replaced, great to see they didn't try and upsell a service when wasn't needed. Will be definitely be using again if i have any problems
