First time ordering online with Curry's and the last! I found the online ordering system ridiculous to say the least. After security checks you get an email advising you to have the last 4 digits of your visa card ready on collection, or passport or driving licence. When my order was ready to be collected I was met by a staff member who asked how I ordered the item today and how I paid for the item today......what! Then came the long wait for a staff member to bring the item to me after some 20 minutes. I just don't understand how other suppliers like Argos, Screwfix, Toolstation etc have a no fuss collection service and so much easier. I would rather pay the extra and buy elsewhere than go through all that again. Behind the times system.

We visited to purchase a shark hoover and had no idea which model we wanted to purchase , we were so lucky and had a truly lovely young lady help us, she was so very helpful and had so much information to share with us about each model and even demonstrated how they work and pros and cons for each model. She helped us make the perfect choice. She is such a credit to Currys, wish we had asked her name.

My recent visit to Currys was disappointing. The salesman I dealt with had noticeably poor personal hygiene and seemed dismissive when I asked about blue light/ defence discounts. Instead of helping, he brushed off my questions and acted as though I was inconveniencing him. I ended up leaving the store, ordering online from the car park, saving nearly £40, and collecting the item within 10 minutes. When I told the initial advisor I’d order online, he insisted I wouldn’t be able to collect it until the next day and claimed the ‘collect in as little as 1 hour’ promise didn’t apply. Completely misleading and unprofessional. As a result I won’t use this store again.

Took a mobile contract out with the in-store team 2 years ago and went to see about upgrade/new deals available as it's that time of year. They are so busy and understaffed that they didn't seen to have time for anyone who wanted info or not sure on what they wanted. After looking around and comparing deals I have found a much better deal on an alternative network where the advisor took the time to listen and show me the deals best for me. Safe to say I will be moving my other contracts over to my new network as soon as possible.

Be careful I bought a Shark stratos battery vacume cleaner this morning from Curries store in Swansea. After an impressive demonstration by the sales person she mentioned on a couple of occasions throughout the demo that there was 2 batteries supplied? When we got home and opened the box there was only 1 batterie supplied. When I went back to explain the girl who appoligised told me she was told in her training it came with 2 batteries. I asked to see a manager who told me they do not supply additional batteries but offered a refund. I was missold the product so be careful what you are told by the sales team as i have found this morning is not always correct in order to make a sale.

Great service from Curry's staff was first served by a Sony specialist and was taken way above my budget, so I asked for a Curry's staff member who was great and asked for my needs and size I wanted and couldn't fault him he was an older gentleman and had all the knowledge needed to get a product that suited me. Very happy with my purchase and will buy from this store again. Just ask for a Curry's staff member as you get the option of all brands.

Absolutely useless not to mention clueless. The manager on duty especially infuriating. Couldn't have been less helpful if they tried. Turns out they weren't even aware of their own companies policies let alone consumer rights. Never, ever again would I use this store.

Not very familiar with click and collect orders at the store. When I approached the counted, I tried to speak to a gentleman behind the counter (Chris - The Store Manager), I was completely dismissed as he muttered something about an email. Leaving me standing confused as to what I was meant to do. I then spoke to a young gentleman at the support counter, who was happy to help me, an explained what I needed to do by checking in to the store to collect my order. He was a lot more helpful that the store manager was, which shows maybe her needs to leaf out of their book about customer service.

Helpful staff and great selection of products. A better breakdown cover than AO and products available to take home same day purchase. It was cheaper in store than on the website "black Friday sale" so I'm glad I didn't click and collect and instead went there to make my purchase. It was £229 online on "sale" and £221 in-store. Go figure.
