What has happened to a company that was so good, don't answer the phone, don't respond to voicemail or emails. Placed my order on line 10 days ago, the result is no delivery, no response and I'm £101 down. Really not good service is it?

Ordered pre-pandemic and had really quick service at very reasonable prices for bulk delivery of sharp sand. During the lockdown then we ordered again, with the note on the website clearly stating delivery within 10 days. Of course this is absolutely fine! So we waited, asked for an update just to know that our night shift sleeps wouldn't be disrupted etc and had quick replies. Within 4 days we had our product, delivered quietly and without a knock on the door which was a really nice touch, given that we had said we may be on a night shift. Shows the company think about the customer and how to treat them well. Used to use another supplier who were very good to be fair however John Davey now have our custom for the long term and also recommendations from us to our neighbours and friends. Thanks!
Have been a loyal customer at this Fantastic location since the mid eighties. Helpful advice is willingly given along with prompt deliveries if requested. Visited today for the first in my wheelchair and was pleased to see the facilities are excellent for Disabled access. Keep up the great service John and staff members.
