    If, like me, you assumed this extremely well stocked Aladdin's cave may be pricey. Think again. Now visited many times to buy all sorts of DIY / household/gardening etc goods. IMHO the prices appear to best Screwfix and Toolstation which I also use if not in Mumbles. What a fantastic resource this shop is! Also, the staff are always a pleasure to deal with.

    Lovely quaint hardware shop, expensive but , to be fair they are in a prime location in a lovely seaside setting, so no complaints, and happy to pay a premium. However went there today and bought a small hand tool . When I went to pay, the credit card machine decided to jam . The very nice lady who served me said I’m sorry but I need to check if the transaction went through. I said it had and showed her my phone with the confirmation of the transaction on the screen . However the supervisor was not satisfied with this and preceded to play with the terminal, pulling out the remaining till roll until she was satisfied that the huge amount of £8.98 was indeed confirmed on her system. Made me feel unsettled and awkward. Won’t be returning anytime soon .

    I have to give Cash Hardware 5stars, even though on my recent visit they didn't have what I desperately wanted! The 5 stars are for their helpfulness, the amazing range of stock they DO keep, the friendliness of everyone, and the knowledge that when I'm next at the store, they will have replenished their stock. "Good Service" isn't always easy to find in many shops these days, but when one does, I feel it needs to be "shouted from the rooftops"! Thank you so very very much, therefore!

    An absolute treasure trove. They appear to stock everything you could want... and rather a lot that you didn't realise you wanted! It's really worth visiting. The staff were really helpful and polite. Oh, and importantly to me, they are dog friendly.

    A treasured local family business. Cash Hardware in Mumbles are pulling out all the stops to help continue to serve us all. They had everything I needed to strengthen the dodgy leg of the kitchen table, replace a blown fuse, and even start off my vegetable/herb garden..! I'm especially pleased with them as I've struggled to find these DIY goods anywhere at the moment, meanwhile they had it all readily available for purchase. They allowed me to place my order and pay over the phone, then delivered in a timely manner. Naturally there's a huge level of orders at the moment, but with their staff working tirelessly to do their utmost, whilst remaining so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, I had my order within just a day! An absolute credit to the area, thank you to all the staff of Cash Hardware. It is very much appreciated, a well deserved 5* review. Keep up the amazing work you're doing.
