   What a great company to deal with! Excellent customer service all round! My partner went to roofbase, spoke with David who was amazing. Brought samples back so we could decide. After making our decision we rung roofbase to order and pay. Susan went above and beyond over the phone, and provided an easy link to follow. Delivery driver also was helpful and polite with next day delivery. Thank you Roofbase for making (what is a stressful time renovating) a smooth process. Highly recommend! S&D

   Great company to deal with, dealt with Ed who was very helpful. Priced it up quick over the phone and he emailed the quote straight over, I forgot one item and he added it on straight away. Went in store to pay and the delivery was with me next working day with a call off the driver beforehand as well as requested. A couple of the tiles were damaged which does happen, but after one quick email they were more than willing to arrange replacements, 100% recommend

   Asked a week in advance for a delivery first thing , was fobbed off until 1 pm. Meaning we missed out on a days work. We were waiting for felt and batten to arrive so we could strip a roof in showery weather. I also ordered 60 grey / green coloured slate , they sent 45 and they sent the other 15 in a much darker graphite colour , they knew this too as they tried to hide the darker coloured ones at the bottom of the pallet!
