   WARNING !!!!!!! Over night deliveries took over a week . 5 boards smashed unusable and refused refund no replacement as told we never checked on delivery ( I’m sure they check all there items in delivery covered in bubble wrap) be the last time we use this company as customer care a disgrace and they know it ! Oh they sent there delivery rules after the delivery ( hysterical) !!!!

   Absolute garbage. Ordered £500 of fortex cladding, arrived with damage to the middle of the boards and manufacture defects. I Offered to pay for new boards if they would help with postage but they declined. Point blank denied there boards would ever come with damage. Looking at the 3* reviews I can see this was a lie also. Was given an email by the guy I spoke to on the phone, have sent 4 emails without reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Ordered some Fortex cladding and they seemed the most reasonably priced in the web. The ordered arrived a few days later, with no issues at all and the communication was fantastic throughout. Will definitely use again.

   These are without doubt the worst company I've ever dealt with. I spent £1100 on fascias boards for next day delivery before 12. Half of it turned up at 4pm and the other half 2 days later. Every single fascia panel was damaged. I managed to salvage 6 of them but the rest were smashed to pieces. When I phoned to complain about the panels they were completely unhelpful and blamed me. The pictures I sent as evidence showed me unwrapping them smashed to pieces but they still blamed me. Avoid at all cost as they won't replace any damaged items.

   3 deliveries of fortex cladding couldnt be happier well packaged with wood reinforcing loads of bubble wrap and super fast delivery previous posts were a worry but looks like they have sorted any delivery problems they had in the past. Will be using again

   Initially found them excellent. Made a large order in excess of £1300 and it was delivered next day and we even helped the driver unload the 5m lengths. However as we worked through the cladding in the last parcel we found 3 damaged lengths of cladding. I contacted them and as requested sent photographs. After numerous calls I was told that in signing the delivery note I had accepted their terms and conditions which states it is my responsibility to check every item before the driver leaves. Now I had no recollection of signing anything and asked for a copy of said delivery note which I received. There was some scribble on the note but definitely not my signature or any recognisable name. So they are refusing to replace the damaged goods because I helped the lorry driver unload and in doing so ‘accepted’ the goods. So only use this company if you are prepared to unpack and check every item before the delivery agent leaves. In this day and age I am not used to such poor customer service. Just not good enough.

   If you are thinking of buying anything from here I would strongly recommend against it. Having found this company on Google I decided that as they were very well priced and I would buy some fascia and soffits from them. Not only did the items take an eternity to arrive when they finally did they were damaged and not usable. The company are refusing to replace the items or refund me. See pictures of my fascias that are broken ,having arrived 12 days after the initial order. I have called and called and emailed this company to resolve the problem and I am now having to go to trading standards as I have goods that are not fit for purpose. I spoke to one of their advisors and he said that all refunds and replacements have to be authorised by the MD. This has been refused with no grounds of refusal. I am now having to get the credit card company to reverse the payment.

   Ordered too late for next day delivery (12pm cutoff) and they called me within about 30 minutes of my order to let me know. As I wasn't going to be home the day after they happily agreed to change the delivery address to where i was going to be so i would be able to receive it and sign for it (required for the longer items). Delivery arrived as scheduled and was very well packaged, undamaged and complete. Would happily use them again.

   Ordered cladding for next day delivery. Through no fault of Speedy Plastics delivery arrived promptly but damaged in transit by the courier. Following an email to the company the Manager promptly rang me to apologise and replacement parts were delivered the next morning. If things should unfortunately go wrong you can rely on this company putting them right straight away with no quibbles. Thank you for the exceptional service.
