I would of said we had great service with LBS but there never turn up on the day specified which is annoying when have arranged projects to be done over the bank holiday.
I bought a couple of fence posts undercoat and gloss at the LBS Llanelli Branch and received a very warm welcome from the assistant manager Kelly. She helped me choose the right products and correct measurements and arranged a timely delivery by a polite and helpful delivery driver. The staff and service was excellent and I will certainly be returning to the LBS Builders Merchant in Llanelli. Thank you.

Not sure of the guys name on the counter in the shop but he was extremely courteous and helpful. I wanted a few tonne sacks/bags and he went out of his way to find them in the timber storage up the loft. Please thank him.
The guy on the front desk is a grumpy looking guy. I was going to go to travis perkins wen i seen his mug but other staff there so it wasn't to bad
Been a long time customer of LBS usually go to a different branch, first time visiting Llanelli ! Just charged me £13 for a bag of skim ! Can get this for £7.50 in my usually depo . Rip-off
Terrible. In short they seem to be pals with regular trades persons but not so friendly to the public. I have literally waited around for over 30 mins without even being approached. Gave up and went to Travis Perkins. The service is bad...very bad. Its only convenience that keeps me going back. Avoid if you can.
Completed a renovation where this branch was less than a mile from the house. The team here are fantastic and helped me source all the materials I needed at very good prices delivered direct to the door. Despite the renovation taking many months and requiring multiple orders the pricing always remained the same as did the customer service. They have been so good that I will use them for all future renovations.
