Renovating our home and needed tiles for bathroom and all downstairs, from the moment we stepped into the show room both Alex and Jordan were at hand for advice when ever needed and really went above and beyond! Mark is also a top guy. Will most certainly be using again and highly recommend.

Completely ignored by the salesman when I walked in the Swansea branch on a Friday afternoon - obviously too busy playing on his phone. I think the policy here seems to be to ignore female customers. Then I tripped on the broken flooring which is everywhere. Run down, messy showroom. Never mind, I'll be spending a lot of money with Walls and Floors online instead.
We visited this store a couple of times looking for wall and floor tiles. The team could not have been more helpful. We didn't end up buying from them as we found something elsewhere that better suited our needs but wanted to acknowledge the excellent service. Thank you.
Great Service at N&C Tiles, Swansea We had a great experience with Alex at N&C Tiles in Swansea. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process, offering excellent advice and guidance. When the tiles we were looking for weren’t available, Alex took the time to phone several stores to try and locate them and suggested a fantastic alternative that worked just as well. His friendly and professional approach made the whole experience much easier, and we really appreciated the effort he put in to help us. Thank you, Alex – we’ll definitely be back in the future!

Worst customer service from a company that I have ever received!! *READ BELOW* Delivery was unsuccsessful 3 times and when I was contacting the company for information the attitude I received on the phone from multiple staff was disgusting, it seems like they forget that we are customers actually purchasing the items they are selling. I paid for these items upfront and I had to wait close to two months for a delivery after I was told it would only be two weeks from purchase date. I encountered issues such as "items were ordered in, but have now been dispatched elsewhere (what sort of excuse is that)" and my personal favourite has to be the classic "order not correctly placed in the system (after I physically watched him do it over the counter in store). On delivery of the items I purchased there were items missing and I have had an absolute nightmare trying to get these delivered to me after inital delivery. Everyone working there seems absolutely clueless about my order and when the product becomes available. Even the delivery driver confirmed there were items missing.... the company were then in denial that I was even telling the truth about missing items on my delivery? Absolute joke. It actually amazes me how this store remains open. After seeing some other reviews I genuinely think people have written reviews about the wrong store. I will not be purchasing anymore products from here and I strongly reccomend anyone else to think twice and look elsewhere!! What a dissapointment and utter shambles!!!!!
