   Curly haired freshie, assuming a manager of some sort, was extremely rude. I was getting help from her colleagues and she had came over and had not acknowledged me, not one bit. Instead stood right infront of me with her back turnt to me and demanded one of her colleagues to do a task. Disgustingly rude and disrespectful. Just because you’re a ‘manager’ does not mean you don’t need to greet your customers. Learn some manners and do better.

   Never again!!! I was looking for a pair of trainers. No staff ever approached me, and when I asked for my size, they were not available! I would never recommend this retailer as for them it is not about the customer or the experience! Horrible customer service, which is based on ridiculously bad management! Bedford is not the town to buy trainers. And JD is definitely not the retailer you would choose!
