I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO. I felt compelled to leave this review as whilst shopping across the last few days, I have heard many staff in retail get treated poorly. The service I received today was truly great and I for one am grateful that we still have retail choices in our town centres. “Absolutely love this Matalan! It’s become a regular stop for us whenever we’re at Interchange Retail Park. My wife always finds something stylish without breaking the bank, and my son loves checking out the kids’ section—there’s always something fun or comfy for him. The store is well-organized, prices are fair, and they’ve got a great mix of fashion, basics, and homeware. Staff are friendly and approachable, and even during busy hours it never feels chaotic. Plenty of parking outside too. It’s just one of those places where you always walk out with more than you planned—but in a good way!”
