   Fantastic customer service from Nicola. Size 6 boots I wanted not in stock or on website. She checked and found them in Stevenage store and got them delivered to Bedford store for me to collect.

   I went in to buy a pair of shoes. As I browsed the assistants were talking about the stores takings and how they were down on the day. As I passed the cashier I said hello and got the dirtiest look. Not even a hello or an acknowledgement. I'm surprised this store takes any money at all with that kind of service. I left and purchased nothing. What rude people. This is not a lack of training. It is a lack of basic manners which everyone should have. With the current financial climate one would think that stores would be happy and grateful to have a customer visit their store when there is so much competition not only on the high street but online too!

   Very bad experience with 2 young ladies working in Bedford local Store during returning boots. Not recommending as they are very rude and have no manners. Staying in front of customer and gossiping quietly to the collieague. Not recommending this place because you will be taken as criminal when you will need to return shoes.

   Absolutely terrible/ shocking customer service from the manager at the Bedford branch. I returned some shoes after 2 days as too small. Was told in a blunt and rude way that I’d worn them!.. I absolutely Did Not!. Was made to feel like a criminal for returning shoes after 2 days of purchasing them. Very upsetting.. absolutely won’t return there again.
