I phoned in to book an appointment as a new customer. They gave me a date, but the day before my appointment they sent a message saying it is cancelled, and to phone back to book another date. I phoned them the next day, and was told that someone will call me back. The same thing happened 2 days later. It's now been nearly 2 weeks, nobody ever called me back. Luckily, another saloon is directly opposite.
