   I also went in to ask if anyone had appointments for 16th or 17th May. After being told that a message would go out to everyone to see if there were availablities. I wrongly assumed I would get a courtesy call to let me know. I popped in again on 17th & I now have an appointment. It must be difficult to manage mobile books but, as I am not the only one this has happened to, it might be a good idea to have one person in the group responsible for following up any query. Before I popped in the second time I had been left wondering whether I could trust, what seemed, an unprofessional salon, to cut my hair. Hopefully I will be able to give them 5* + after my visit :-)

   Today I came to studio 89 in Hoveton - Wroxham to have all my hair shaved off in aid of my friend who is currently going through Chemo. Go fund me I had the pleasure of Tasha shaving my hair for this great cause & the welcoming & 1st class professional hairdressers I’ve been to. Tasha & all the staff here were absolutely amazing wonderful understanding ladies. I would recommend this hairdressers 150% & I will be coming back here in the future. And my friends will too. Thank you Tasha for such professionalism & friendliness god bless ❤️

   Had my hair cut by Tanya. We worked together to see what would suit my hair, thickness and faults...ended up with a choppy pixie.. beautiful covered my thining hairline.. very impressed with the professionalism of the studio. Will definitely use on a regular basis.

   This is such a friendly and welcoming place. Always excellent hairstyling, I come out feeling younger after each visit! Tasha and her team are brilliant with my daughter who has a learning disability. I can't ever see myself going anywhere else.
