   We went to see Steve after a disaster with a big company and we were blown away, we got shown around the factory at how the sofas are made, talked through all our options picked the size and fabric, 10 days later the sofa was in my lounge. The quality is amazing the customer service was 10/10 with updates of the progress and the sofa is so comfortable. I highly recommend Steve and his team they have made my Christmas as I can now have family round with a comfortable sofa to sit on! Thank you Steve ❤️

   I experienced a fantastic service from start to finish. I am very happy with my made to measure hand made sofa and arm chair. Steve offered a personal service where nothing was too much trouble. The delivery guys were super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company especially that they are hand made in Newhaven, where i live, and something I will be proud to tell my friends and family who come to visit.

   What a lucky and local find! After trawling the usual furniture shops and spending hours online we stumbled across Hawking Furniture by chance and we’re so thankful we did. Steve made the whole sofa choosing experience a pleasure. He was so welcoming on our arrival to the showroom/factory and went over and above to get us our beautiful sofas in super quick time. We also found the lovely guys who made our sofas and delivered them incredibly helpful & friendly. Our sofas are not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fantastic company!

   Unbelievably passionate about making sofas Hawkins furniture operate a 'can do' policy - adapting the style of your choice, creating bespoke and incredibly comfortable sofas that meet your specific needs. I needed two 2 seater sofas, reduced in depth and in a material that was pet and child friendly - preferably created in a small time frame as I had no where to sit....and they didn't disappoint. I chose a gorgeous warm burnt orange velvet material and am so happy with the result.....but warning there are lots of amazing options of materials to choose from. My son told me not to buy a sofa online. He is rights you need to sit on it to make sure it's comfortable but I was worried I would have to pay extra for this luxury However I am pleased I heeded his words and found the Hawkins furniture team without a pricey price tag attached and no waiting months for delivery (28 days is the longest wait ) My first ever new sofa and I can't be happier The team are professional, passionate about what they do and genuinely interested in creating a sofa you will be proud to take home
