   Ordered a light fitting from Onske and it was delivered very quickly and well packed. Unfortunately, during fitting it was noted there was some damage to one part however a replacement was arranged and sent out very quickly by Martina and the cost of returning the faulty part was refunded. Would recommend both the product and the company and will look to purchase from them again

   Amazing chair and 5* service Like many others, I did my research and ended up at Onske. Experienced a minor hiccup with my order but this was skilfully resolved by Martina. I sense this is a smallish company but the customer service I enjoyed suggests it has a big heart, thank you. The quality of the chair is genuinely impressive and, more importantly, it is incredibly comfortable. You sink into it, cocooned at a perfect angle. And then when you rise, it lets out a gentle whoosh like a dog’s toy being squeezed as the air rushes back in. Truly delightful!

   I'm delighted with my Ball chair purchase from Onske. The chair is absolutely stunning and the build quality seems to be very good, price was very competitive and Martina was very helpful. There was a bit of a lead time between order and delivery but worth every second. I had been a bit stressed that I might have to take my doors off to get it into my apartment but it turned out that it needed less than 75cm clearance so it was a breeze to get in. Couldn't stop smiling when I opened the crate.. what a design!:
