   Brilliant service from Simon and Penny! I had an Ercol 355 studio couch on which the arms had badly split due to longterm damp. From photos I sent Simon gave me his considered opinion that he could vastly improve them. He would collect the couch and if his repairs didn't work there would be no charge. We decided to go ahead and I'm so pleased to say the repair looks great, along with a renovation to the rest of the couch. Simon very much appreciates the original craftsmanship and replicates this in his work. He also renovated several other pieces of inherited 1960/70s Ercol for us, at very reasonable cost, and has given them a new lease of life - we're absolutely delighted!

   The best customer service! Simon helped me solve the mystery of whether or not it was an Ercol 334 or 203 that I was looking for over a period of weeks, without even knowing that there could be a sale at the end of it - and when I eventually decided to go for it, he pulled out all the stops to get my chair to me within two weeks. Penny arranged for fabric examples to be sent to me from Linwood and gave me about an hour to talk me through colour options. And then, they delivered the chair personally (it's gorgeous!) and my cat promptly claimed it! I cannot recommend these guys enough.
