   Nice shop with everything you need from a convenience store. The wraps, sandwiches and baguettes are quite nice in particular. Staff are ok but it depends on when you visit but pay real attention to this. I have been deliberately short changed on four occasions and my son too. Pay by card if you can. Last few times I have paid by cash they deliberately refuse to hand over change between the range of 1-5p claiming they don’t have them in the till even first thing in the morning when they would have cashed up from the night before. This has now happened way too often so please pay by card. Small amounts I know and it might sound petty to some but it all adds up. It’s not the amount that counts it’s the fact they don’t give you the change you are expecting and don’t even mention it or apologise for not having it. They just hope you don’t notice. I do.

   I went in shopping today and the lady at the counter was quite rude, and should improve in her customer service skills. It is essential to maintain respect and clearly she doesn't.

   A very good grocery store , with all sort of Indian and local items. Well kept and nice service. All sort of South Indian savouries available. Varieties of Rice flours available . Accept cash and card. Parking space available in front. Easily identifiable from busy traffic. Frozen fish also available.They have free cash machines inside the shop.

   The Lady employee don’t know how to deal with customers. want to return the item because the price was not correct . ( billed for double priced the item and customer tried to explained the price for that particular item payed last week ) but the lady employee not accepting , with out checking the price and item , she just shouting and asking the customer to accept the item and go. . That Lady employee was so rude .

   This shop has gone above and beyond for 2020. They have made sure they have enough stock in for everyone, amazing prices, and they are always so lovely when i walk in to the shop. I am so glad to live close to this shop. Best in Swansea

   Great selection of products from food to cleaning products, pet food and toiletries. Open until midnight every night. They have a Pay Point for topping up your gas and electric and the staff are always super friendly.
