The only and best African store in Swansea. You find there all what an African may need With a very welcoming culture. By the way all the old comments concerns the old shop that existed in the same place and it was for sweets. While the new is totally the opposite.
Gave me food in a used chip shop bag, full of chip shop fat which soaked into my food.
Shocking! Ordered off Deliveroo and they forgot an item and they said they would go back to the shop and come back and never came back with the item
Ordered on just eat. Their milkshakes are just warm milk minus the two chocolate bars included. Ordered a plain waffle with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and got a monstrosity instead. Painted thick with the nastiest chocolate sauces known to man.
Bad service, bad food. Woman serving me was quite abrupt and rude. Paying £3 for a small slice and it is dry and tastes like it has been there a few days. Definitely not fresh like they advertise. So much cocoa powder on the top, can barely taste the cake. Wouldn’t return
DO NOT ORDER!!! Ordered via Deliveroo and it never came despite taking our money, couldn’t get through on the phone either to find out where our order was. Terrible service !!!!
Do not order from this store. We placed an order via Deliveroo and it never arrived. They then had a voicemail that said “hello hello I can’t hear you” but this was their voicemail message. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to lose your money.
