Had a great experience in the Eastbourne branch, the assistant had all the patience in the world with my father who has dementia, we managed to find a rise and recliner with matching 2seater sofa recliner.. and for myself a beautiful 3seater..all arrived last week without any fuss... loving all of it..my sofa is so comfy I have staying awake...
Dishonest salesman called Saif. They display labels stating 7 day delivery but after you’ve ordered he rings you and says oh there’s a stock issue it will be 6 weeks. Their sofas are also poor quality . Not even a year old and already fading and sagging. When they did arrive both of them were damaged. Waited another month to get replacements. AVOID.

We brought our sofas back in February and they were delivered today, 18/06. I cannot tell you how happy we are with them. The colour and the fit in our living room is just perfect. They have made our house a home. The delivery guys were exceptional also. On time, polite, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend oak furniturland enough. From the salesman, Saif, to the delivery team. Just amazing. Thank you to Saif at Eastbourne, the email updates, the calls to the delivery. Cannot fault you. Just the best. Highly recommended
We would definitely recommend Oak Furniture in hedge end. We were helped by a man called Darren! So helpful and not pushy at all! He was honest from start to finish and wanted to make sure we found the best match for us! From colour to comfort he helped us find exactly what we wanted. He even gave us the advice of going away and thinking on the sofa and size before making the final decision and we are so glad we did as the sofa we originally wanted was unfortunately too big for our front room. We were gutted but even though the sofa was to large Darren told us we can have the same sofa but sized down! We were so pleased! Thank you very much!
We have come in a few times over the past few months to buy bedroom, dining and lounge furniture. Every time Nicola has been very welcoming with her friendly face. She was so helpful, gave us time to look around and make a decision. She made our home shopping a lovely experience.
Went to buy a wardrobe as the sale was ending that weekend. Went back to see it again and it was £100 cheaper after the sale. Suddenly they wanted to refund us the difference. Cancelled the order.
Hi just had our two seater sofas delivered. Paid extra to have them assembled. Worth the extra cost. Delivery guys where excellent. Great quality at an affordable price. Also staff in shop very helpful dealt with Ryan. Very patient as had trouble deciding colour choice. Would not hesitate to recommend Oak Furniturland. Very happy customer.
We took advantage of the Jubilee bank holiday weekend offers to order our dining room furniture. Great customer service, great prices, all items available and delivery in four weeks. It'll be interesting to see how that goes and hopefully no damage to have to mess around with returns. Four stars as delivery is extra and cost us £40. £30 for doorstep delivery but we want it all brought into the house as we might not both be in together on delivery day!
Very warm, welcoming and approachable. Had such a misconception that they was unaffordable and expensive, but the quality looks solid and reasonable priced. The sales associate was without a doubt friendly and a true asset to the store, will go back.
