   I have just taken delivery of my new bed, bought in the Worthing store. While I was choosing, the sales staff were incredibly helpful but also gave me plenty of time to make my decision. I ended up going back several times and never felt rushed. The delivery guys were brilliant. They phoned 5 minutes ahead of arriving and were friendly and efficient throughout. They were very careful with getting the bed in, took my old one away and put the new one together for me. I can't fault the whole experience and would highly recommend Collingwood Batchellor.

   My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Collingwood Batchellor in Worthing! We purchased an ex-display sofa, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Brian was incredibly helpful and even reserved the sofa until the end of the day so I could double-check the dimensions at home. When I placed the order the next day, I asked for extra protection during transportation, and the team went above and beyond—literally wrapping the entire sofa in bubble wrap! The delivery team was equally impressive, giving me a call 15 minutes before arrival. They were friendly, professional, and had the sofa set up in our living room in no time. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. A huge thank you to everyone involved—you’ve definitely earned our recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Staff were friendly, gave you all the time you needed to look around, but were instantly to give information and help. Made the buying process easy, never felt you were being pushed into buying extra products you didn't want. Would definitely buy from there again.

   Excellent service! Excellent products! Staff are lovely, their products are of high quality and mostly made in the UK. We liked a sofa and after they did a test run , they realised they wouldn't be able to get it through our stairs, so they talked to the manufacturer and asked for the sofa arms to be bolted after they deliver it. We are so happy that they found a solution for us and we got the sofa we wanted. also at the moment there are issues with supply chains so just be aware that you might have to wait for longer before you get a custom made sofa (we waited for three months). They also have really good quality bed linens. Last but not least, their delivery guys were really professional, before they left they made us know how to unbolt the sofa arms if we were to move houses, they also showed us where the sofa care instruction details were located and they reminded us about some sort of care and maintenance cover (I think) that we could get from the company.
