   Just an additional note to our previous 5star review on the Worthing store. This week we had a small technical issue with the bed risers. A quick chat with the store and within 48 hours their staff called and made the adjustment for us. So as well as a perfect delivery it's good to know that they also provide a great after sales service. Important in this day and age when it is often lacking. Would thoroughly recommend this company...

   Regretfully, my recent experience in Horsham was not great. We were looking to replace our master bedroom bed, and spent around a an hour in the shop with a decent budget in mind. The price of the bed which we chose however was wrongly marked - the price of the separate items was 10% cheaper than the whole, the rep couldn’t explain why. A few days later, we received a parking charge. Be aware, the car parking signage is confusing - some signs say it’s free, others say it’s free only if you register your car. The signs for car registration are positioned in the shop, on the side wall so not immediately visible. Don’t expect staff to prompt you. I don’t think we will be going back, the experience left a bitter taste.

I live in Queensland, Australia and the whole ordering process and delivery, superbly packaged, was a credit to Jones and Tomlin. My Solomon brass bed is beautiful.
