   Darren at Eastbourne branch has been amazing throughout the last 9 months of a full house renovation. Always a pleasure to speak with and deal with. Always happy and friendly and goes above and beyond, whilst also being super helpful and quick to process orders. Knowledge on products is great. A true asset to the branch.

   Contacted them by phone about replacement sink drainer plugs for our kitchen sink, the lady said to email which I did 2 weeks ago. No response, phoned again, no answer, emailed again, no response. Was having a new kitchen in due course and will consider another supplier. Poor company if you need after sales support.

   Funny experience in a nice way Trying to change some hinges from stainless steel to brass . It was pointed out to us how to identify plated brass on steel. Pleasant way to be shown we had brass.
