   I went into this shop on a recent trip to lewes. Will, the sales assistant was very helpful and told us about various deals we could take advantage of with our purchases. He was very friendly and helpful which is refreshing to see. I hope he is recognised by the company. I've rarely seen such excellent service in a shop.

   Went in to buy a new set of knives, the fellow behind the counter couldn't have gone any further to avoid eye contact and make any sort of engagement. When asked about a certain brand of knives he said 'we only stock our own brand' and walked off. Do yourselves a favour and don't trouble them for any customer service

   My husband and I went in today and received incredible customer service by Scottish Phil. He took his time going through knifes, cooking sets and we came away with all we needed. I highly recommend going in to this store and not buying online. We are glad we did as we got much more information to help us chose the right products for us. We will be back!

   Had a great lady who helped us buy all sorts for our summer holiday let. She was really knowledgable and gave great tips on which knife set, saucepan set and frying pans would work in our place. Great selection of products and found all we needed. Really recommend, great experience.

   I have been to this shop many times, and much of my kitchen equipment comes from there. However, I went in last weekend and felt like I was being constantly watched and almost followed round the shop. I felt like I was eyed with suspicion from the minute I walked through the door. I'm in my 40's and a very boring looking person, not sure why I would have been treated in this manner, and will not be going here again.
