    At cross hands store they feel it is ok follow you around the store as you do your shopping! They try saying that they are allowed keep an eye on people that come in with bags! You have security cameras for this also do not need follow someone around the store! It's not if first time going there! I have a serious illness and also mental health problems because of illness! The staff that was on actions on this day is a good example of distribution on my appearance also because I picked up a stake as one of the staff members said! Also for no need shouted security on lound speaker! This has not done my mental health any good

    My local store is in Cross Hands and I love the growing range of vegan suitable products. I'd love to see some fridge products like vegan cheese and bacon though. I'd also like to say a big thank you to Jasmine for being such a pleasant and helpful member of staff. Always smiling and very polite, nothing is too much trouble for her.

    Amazing place plenty of parking food gorgeous. I bought a £5.00 pc of frozen pork and it was delicious. As well as grocery shopping and retail (I bought head phones) I just wished it was alot nearer to where we live but most certainly will now do our monthly shop there.

    Large well presented store which is pleasant to visit. Always well stocked and merchandised with competitive pricing. Staff are efficient and professional with never a long wait at the checkouts. Extensive free car parking with disabled bays directly outside the store. Well worth a visit.
