   All the ladies here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We brought my daughter as a special birthday treat to get her ears pierced, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Michelle has the patience of a saint—so kind and gentle, she really put my daughter at ease and helped calm her nerves. We left with big smiles and beautiful new earrings! I’d highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially parents looking for a safe, reassuring place for their child’s first ear piercing.

   Such a relaxing experience in such a lovely environment. Michelle cut my daughter’s (very curly) hair and took so much time and care beforehand to make her feel comfortable, with her special princess gown, conditioning spray and gently combing her terribly knotty hair. My daughter then enjoyed a hot chocolate and a biscuit while Michelle cut my hair. I asked for a ‘miracle’ cut where I could wash it and leave it (and it would still look good) and somehow she achieved it perfectly! Special mention also to Sasha who beautifully plaited my daughters hair and expertly blow dried mine :)
