A large part of the shop is men's clothing, 95 percent of the man's wear jeans on daily basis, why only this small amount of choice? I know these days most people buy online... not men. Even if men do go online to buy clothes, why such a big shop... shut it down. Very poor.

Laden with shopping from various other shops, as I enter H&M Willow Place, Corby, the door alarm sounds. The only member of staff I can see is on a till serving, no other staff members around, I look over at her to see if she acknowledges us but nothing. I look at a dress I had seen in the window, didn’t have my size so I left. Again, the door alarm sounds and I look across to the girl at the till but again - nothing. Knowing I hadn’t purchased anything, I left the shop but my daughter says the staff member wants to check our bags. I go back in, get to the till and ask her to check my bags but she is damn rude and says she doesn’t need to as she knew I hadn’t bought anything! What an absolute waste of time! Hire staff members that have a bit about them instead of resorting to being rude to customers! Suggest more customer training is required!
Last Saturday I was shopping with my family, we were at H&M at 5:15 p.m. in the store, i.e. 45 minutes before closing time. We wanted to try on the pants, but the fitting room was filled with hangers, so my wife moved the hangers and went in to try them on, and after a while another customer also came in to try on the clothes. After maybe 3 minutes, an employee came by and shouted very aggressively and said that the store was closing and no one could try on anything and please leave the fitting room. I wonder if this is how you treat a customer 40 minutes before the store closes? I don't recommend this place.
Went in to look at a few items and to try on an item I had bought online (to make sure it actually fits). Store member approached me and after finding out I'd been in the changing room, thought I'd stolen something!! No I have not stolen anything, I had just my work hoodie and the item I wanted to try on, which was a mail order that had been collected from the Post Office. At least the shirt fits ok! Though I won't be shopping here again, I'd rather go to Rushden Lakes or Kettering instead, which have not given me any grief.
Really helpfully young lady with glasses on the till this afternoon. Helped me with my app and my discounts and adding it to my wallet . H&M is always busy but it was nice of her to take the time and to not be rushed
Rude staff one staff member said we could use the changing room downstairs. We got downstairs and they said you can't we close in 5 minutes. It would have taken 3 mins to try it on, shocking!!!!
Big shop in city center. The prices is basic, sometime have a discount some items so have good quality items cheap.
Very expensive and low-quality clothes only in this store! don’t buy clothes at H&M!, I bought a sweater and it broke in a few days. I put 2 stars on that shop!
