   Having moved to a new home recently we wanted to replace the wardrobe doors and drawers in the master bedroom. We contacted Freestyle and Steve came promptly and supplied a quote that was very competitive. The product was delivered on time, in perfect condition, and was fitted very professionally by James. We are extremely satisfied and would certainly recommend Freestyle.

   We moved in December 2024, to a house with no wardrobes. We had one to bring with us that could be flat packed, but that was all. After exhaustive searching, we finally found Free Style. A company I couldn't fault. They designed a wardrobe that fitted into and around a corner of the bedroom. The end product gave us far more hanging than we expected, shelves and shoe space. The colour, a very light oak, is beautiful. Our whole experience with FreeStyle was all positive with the most satisfactory end result. Many thanks to Steve for looking after us so well.    We were looking for a storage solution for our second bedroom so we visited the FreeStyle Kitchens and Bedrooms store in Worthing to take a look at some options and were very impressed at the range of styles and colours of the furniture available. Steve was very knowledgeable of the products and helpful when offering his advice. He arranged a home visit to carry out all of the measurements required, as the furniture is designed and made to order specifically for the space available. We were contacted with a date for the fitting of the units that we had ordered at a convenient time for us. On the day that they arrived we were introduced to Mark, who had arrived promptly, to fit the units. He worked very hard to ensure the units were fitted during the same day, we were very impressed! We thoroughly recommend FreeStyle Kitchens and Bedrooms and are delighted with the fitted bedroom units that we now have.

   We have FreeStyle to thank for the kitchen they designed in conjunction with ourselves, and fitted for us in the last six months. (Have been a bit slow in posting this!). From the time of our initial appointment with Richard at the Worthing showroom through to the last plinth being fitted by James, we have been so happy with every aspect of the service provided. The time given to us in the design stage and Richard's patience with the countless changes that followed demonstrated the quality of service we experienced as time went on. One or two of their competitors were approached but the early signs weren't good and the service quality was not a patch and we looked elsewhere. We would have no hesitation in recommending FreeStyle for the quality of their service and the kitchen supplied. Our overall building project has not been been without it's problems and was quite stressful at times but the kitchen design, ordering and fitting were the stress free elements of our refurb. Thankyou to everyone at Freestyle for all you have done for us as a team, and the new kitchen we're now enjoying. We can't recommend this company more highly.

   Cant recommend Freestyle enough! Great initial advice and recommendations from Steve, marvellous quality fitted wardrobes and draw units, friendly and faultless fitting by Mark, and all at a very reasonable price. Why would you go to one of the nationals who dont care when you have someone local who gives a damn and will individually take responsibility for your new bedroom/kitchen? Highly recommended.

   We had our kitchen installed 4 months ago and could not be happier with it. The team at Freestyle worked seamlessly together to ensure that the product that we had envisaged was delivered. Richard developed an innovative design (providing essential advice), Elisha administered delivery and continuous communication and Tim expertly installed. On the back of this we subsequently ordered fitted wardrobes for all our bedrooms. Again, great advice, this time from Steve and then efficiently installed by Mark.

   We asked Richard for a design for our proposed kitchen to go in our extended room we had many changes due to changes of plan because of the council all delt with patiently and the result has been great we now have kitchen that is easy to use and the use of available space is great. James the kitchen fitter was always on time pleasant to deal with and very professional always careful to make sure things were left clean and tidy.The electricians were also very clean, tidy and have left everything looking good. We decided to use a local company for a better professional service and got exactly that thanks too the whole team and Elisha for keeping us in the loop at all times I'll recommend them to all

   We have just had a fabulous kitchen and utility room supplied and fitted by Freestyle. Richard helped us through the design process and didn’t seem to mind our frequent amendments! Tim did a fantastic job with the fitting, and Claire and Caroline were great at organising the subcontractors and keeping us informed as to what was happening when. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend Freestyle to others.

   We have recently had wardrobes fitted by Freestyle and were very pleased with the service from design to fitting. After visiting and measuring Steve was really helpful in his suggestions for design and finishes. The fitter Mark was both efficient , skilful and meticulously tidy and careful . The delivery of all the cabinets was also carried out in a careful and considerate manner by Lee. An all round great team effort from everyone . Thank You.

   We have just had a bedroom fitted via the Broadwater shop. The booking was made in June for a September start date to allow for annual leave to be booked and follow on trades - plasterer, decorator, carpet fitter to be booked in by ourselves. Advised this date was confirmed in the diary. A few weeks prior to the start date late on a Friday afternoon was phoned and told their fitter was away on a honeymoon that week- the oversight was blamed on a changeover of laptops and the boss not wanting to spend any money on the relevant software! So we then had to rearrange our leave and the 3 other trades men's diaries at much shorter notice.The decorator could not reschedule, resulting in a longer wait for the room to be completed. Throughout the time we had to continually chase, calls not returned, poor admin and documentation sent was lacking and confusing. We were repeatedly told the plans would be emailed but nothing has been received to this day. It leaves you with a lack of confidence in the efficiency of the operation. On arriving at the store one time on a Saturday we could not even be shown any samples and none seem to be readily available at any stage. Catalogue did not show what we wanted so had to envisage from designers verbal description.To maximise space it was suggested a radiator should be moved and this was a good call, however their plumber that they use on their kitchens has caused substantial amount of damage to external wall, floor,ceilings and carpets. He has made no attempt to call to repair all the damage and says we can't claim on his insurance, leaving us to pick up the cost of putting it all right, and we still do not have heating to 2 of the bedrooms. The damage was caused by 2 sets of leaks, one on initial installation and one leaving all the bleed valves open on the upstairs rads when draining down. When fitting the rad he drilled through lath and plaster wall leaving 2 holes on our outside render which had only recently been decorated. Was rude and aggressive when this was all pointed out to him saying remedial works would only require a lick of paint. Justine at the showroom is good, and tries to hold it all together but limited really to the role of message taker. Pleased with cupboards and fitter but very painful getting there.The only reason we stuck with it was we liked the product.
