Mel cut and coloured my hair today it was a total change for me and I couldn’t be happier Mel was lovely, salon is beautiful and the young lad who was tidying up was polite and lovely. Been using no.5 for a few years now. I would not go anywhere else. They are great with my daughter and go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible (sometimes adding baileys to the menu) mel and her team are by far the best around.
Mel has been doing my hair for 10 years and does an amazing job each and every time. She listens to.whqt I want and does it perfectly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I visited this salon today for the first time. I had a colour and restyle with Kim. I received a really warm welcome and felt at ease immediately. Kim listened to exactly what I wanted in my consultation prior to my appointment where she was extremely helpful and gave lots of advice. I have left the salon this afternoon with a better haircut and colour than I could have imagined. I am so pleased and have already booked my next appointment.
My daughter in law who is suffering from a degenerative bone condition needed her haircut. This morning Kim from No5 Hair Studio did a brilliant job. My daughter inlaw who was worried was put at her ease very quickly. Kim showed her skill, abilities, care and a fantastic outcome was produced. The staff are very happy and welcoming and look after Long Stratton residents.
