   Wonderful shoe shop. The staff are so knowledgeable about children's foot health. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the children love going there. Lots of toys for them to play with whilst getting fitted. I love their honesty too! We weren't sure if we needed new shoes for our daughter and instead of making a quick sale, they assured us we had a bit longer to go.

   We had such a wonderful experience at this shoe shop! The staff were absolutely brilliant with my two children, who have very different personalities. One is quite shy and the other is very confident. They were so patient and kind, making both of them feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the selection of shoes was fantastic. There were so many lovely styles to choose from. What truly made the visit special was how knowledgeable the staff were. They clearly knew their stuff and were able to help us find the perfect fit for both of my kids. We'll definitely be back!

   Can’t say thank enough to the team at Zap and Toes. My children (one of whom has great difficulties with shoe fitting due to specific orthotics) are always cared for, entertained, humoured and most importantly come out with shoes that care for their feet and protect their growth. These ladies go above and beyond to ensure the shoes going on to the growing feet are just right. Highly recommend.

   Whilst the store is closed in the current climate, Zap and Toes came to our house (socially distanced) and had a doorstep fitting. They knew what we were looking for beforehand so were able to bring a variety of different shoes for our little girl to try on. Faultless
