   New services offered this week. Went in for my haircut (been going here for years). They now do nose and ear waxing as well as face masks. Great service and great introductory price. I must add that this is the "before" photo...though this may become my look.

   i used this place for 7 years never a problem today 6 may about 10 am i seat chair next to door ! this gentlemen o cut my hair is so bad he left big hair all over my head is machine was not Woking properly he change to another one after cut my air with bad machine . he trim my ears so bad ! don't even offer me a towel ,don't trim my eyebrow i give him 7 pounds tip to say good bye what a poor service i up never see him again. this person is very bad for a place like this . this was best place ever know they put this new guys ,o don't know what they do, thank you for this 7 years but is my last

   Aram was my barber this morning and he was an absolute joy to have do my hair and shave, gave me the exact style I asked for and was incredibly gentle when giving me a shave. On top of that he was a pleasure to talk to and have even sorted the little bits like styling my hair and applying cream to my face. Overall love coming here and being treated to a great experience of a hair cut and shave

   Update: The owner took the time to speak to me about this experience and explained to me about this experience. He told me that on the day, it was incredibly warm, and he'd made a decision to not hot towel so as to make the temperature bearable for customers in the shop. He even showed me the photo of the day in question with the fan in the shop. As the barber cutting my father in law's hair, did not have the best English, this wasn't communicated to him. He told me about the fact he had inherited the gift card issue from the previous owners, with dates not being added to gift vouchers. I thanked him for explaining this to me and he was clearly passionate about giving high quality service. I received a great haircut today also. Been going here for a few years and bought a VIP service for my father in Law. I had gone in previously to ask if the gift voucher I had was still valid, as there was no expiry date. I was told this would be fine. However, on the day, none of the usual barbers seemed to be there, and the senior barber I’d spoken to I was told no longer worked there. After a bit of back and forth, they did honour the voucher. Whilst the haircut itself was decent, unfortunately it seems that the newer staff miss out on what made this barber stand out to me. No hot towel, no offering of drinks, no flaming the ears, no showing a mirror to see the back. The chap cutting my father in laws hair was nice enough, but unfortunately lacked in English and wasn’t able to have a chat with him. It’s just very disappointing when I have had a completely different experience to the one he had and wanted it to be special.

   Great at what they do, always friendly, a joy to have my hair (what's left of it) cut there, the hot towels are an added bonus :-), no appointment needed and coffee, what's not to like? Would recommend a visit.

   The first time I went the haircut was great. I went today and was a complete different experience. Fade was ok (not the best) but the beard is actually terrible. Not sharp, not finished and uneven. I could feel the guy becoming annoyed when I was asking for it to be corrected. So I just left. Never ever again. I think it’s fair to say it was the same guy who did my beard last time and was actually really good. He was very polite on both occasions. Unfortunately though consistency is important for me as a customer so I won’t be returning. I also called the store to make the manage aware and he offered to correct it for me and apologised which is good enough for me (unfortunately I don’t have time) This review was originally 2 stars but because of the managers response I have updated it to 3 stars.
