   So me and my mum went into the shop to get me a drink. When we came out a woman came up to us and said "I've been hit across the back of the head with a glass bottle. I need help,". We called an ambulance and a shopkeeper came out and said "You can't sit there, you need to move,". Horrible customer service. Some people can't even help someone in need anymore.

   This shop is not safe for girls!! There is a guy named Murali who known as brother of the shop owner is short tempered guy who doesn't know manners at all. He verbally assaulted me last Friday and put a blame on vain for an incidence that didn't commited by me. There are so many damaged items in that shop and if you touch that the guy named Murali will come to you and will abuse you verbally.

   used to love this shop, brilliant hours and plenty of variety stock, but since I became dependent on a wheelchair there is no way for me to go inside this shop anymore. It would mean the world to myself and I'm sure many other wheelchair users in Swansea if the walkways/aisles were widened enough to be able to fit wheelchairs (: I'd spend a stupid amount of money here if I was allowed in!
