    Terrible haircut, I was left with an extremely sore neck because no shaving cream was used when at cutthroat razor was used to shave the hair on the back of my neck. Absolutely ruined my night out at a black tie charity ball, most regrettable £28 I've ever spent. (I would have complained at the time but I didn't feel any pain until an hour or so later)
