An amazing service consistently from a fantastic team. Incredibly friendly , efficient and they offer a wide variety of services including beard shaping. And it’s all done to a fantastic standard !
First of all the barber I had was horrible, he would catch the top of my ears with the comb when combing my hair. He didn’t listen to me when I said for him to go easier and not too harsh, I asked for 2 lines on the back of my head and he left 3 uneven ones and said it was his signature and looked rubbish and I also asked for a skin fade and he cut barely anything off! Further more at the end he used a towel to get the loose hairs off my face but again was very rough and ended up ripping my earring out which I lost! Would like a refund! Worse experience I’ve ever had!
I have had three different barbers cut my hair (I am female btw) and every time has been perfect. What would cost £50-£60 in a hairdressers, here costs only £16! Oh and with a loyalty card too, my 10th visit is FREE. Highly recommended for men and women

Always had a great experience coming here. Staff are friendly and the service is quick, only ever had to wait max 15mins. I recently had a haircut and a beard trim and my beard has never looked better! Fair prices and a loyalty card is on offer. Cant go wrong.

Please tell your staff not to assume a tip is being given. Please offer the change after every transaction even if a customer has tipped previously. I tipped over Christmas, but when I next came the bloke said "ok thank you, bye bye". I know its £4 change. But its embarrassing to have to ask for the change which is technically yours anyway. Good quality hair cuts though from any member of staff
I’m honestly not sure if the barber who cut my hair was actually looking at what he was doing. Fade non existent and he’s basically made the top of my head bald. Completely unimpressed.
I've been in there 4 times now, the first 3 times were ok, I have so little hair that I'm not that fussed, No1 all over and a trim of the stubble, trim the nose, ears, eyebrows, it couldn't be mush simpler for them. The 4th time I got a different guy, he was very offish, not at all friendly and the haircut was rough. He left straggling random hairs, missed trimming 1 ear and left me with a unibrow and charged £23, which brings me to another point, they don't have a price list and the price is never the same. I've paid between £15 and £23 for the same haircut? They seem to have a little discussion between themselves to work out a price,
