   Booked a couple days in advance as i wanted a cut before a special occasion. Got in the car ready to go and i see a message from the barber saying he'd rather go out than honour his bookings. Judging by other reviews its not a rare occurrence either. I messaged back asking for a new appointment with a discount and got no reply.

   My 8 yr old son came today for the first time ! He had the best hair cut he’s ever had and the coolest ! He said . For £10 they spent the time to perfect this and listened to what he wanted ! They engaged and talked to him throughout ! Very impressed ! I’ve been taking him to other Barbour’s but never been impressed with service ! Best in town !!

   Tidy little barbers, did my hair at short notice with no appointment and I wasn't disappointed. Booked in this time and yes they absolutely deserve their 5* rating, clean well run barbers who take pride in their work.

   Have used Talent Scissors for some time. As a 74 year old I have little knowledge of what younger people like but he has done my hair well every time. Normally I would have it cut quite short but this time my hair was much longer due to me having a nasty eczema flare up which also affected my scalp. Thought my hair would look better done a different way and he did a good job, at least my wife likes it. Pleasant service.
