When my son and I walked into the store a loud siren sounded. Browsing the tops in the window area I turned and noticed a store assistant standing near and watching us closely. In the past I’ve purchased clothes from Next but I don’t think I will in the future as I felt I was treated like a potential thief.
Quick and stress free purchase. Store nice and clean and service was friendly and welcoming.
1 person on the counter. Pick up tablets not working, so everyone was waiting un line. Management is probably not doing their job...
I am always amazed at what good reviews Next get. Every single time I have had to call their so called customer services they have been unable to resolve my issue, even the really simple ones. This morning, they just hung up on me! Overpriced rubbish. I loathe Next.

The Hegel site is nice with friendly staff but quite small. I mainly use it for collections and sales
It's a great shop but I am not a person who would shop there often.
