   I made my nails just 1 week ago, and I attached the pictures with the way how they look now, the gel starts to remove from top, the white color from bottom too, when I book online the price shows was 32£ and I paid 45£ for this. Very disappointed, the girls was very nice I can’t say anything about the way are behaving because are very friendly and I really like them, but I’m here to give a review about her work.

   I have had my nails done by Whitney on three different occasions now, having gel extensions. Each time I have had compliments and asking where I go. Whitney always take her time, with much patience, especially when it comes to me choosing design! Whitney is not only professional, but a lovely girl to chat to whilst having this service done. The salon is also beautiful with a very calm atmosphere!

   I had a wonderful hour long facial with Whitney at Brava. She takes the time to make sure everything is super relaxing from the moment you get there until the moment you leave. I am so happy with this treatment and will be sure to book in whenever I can. The facial and massage takes all of my stress away. Prices are good at Brava and worth every penny. I would highly recommend!

   So I have been coming here a few years now for various things eye brow waxing , pedicures , manicures , lash lift and brow lamination always been really good but unfortunately I am now left disappointed I booked lash appointment and did not realise I needed another patch test after having one previous to this with lashes it wasn't until a day before my appointment I got told I needed to come in for a patch test unfortunately I couldn't come in as I had other commitments so I then had the option to change my appointment for a different treatment of cancel it all together for a charge so I opted for a different treatment which I didn't really want anyway but my appointment was originally for 1pm and when it got re arranged for this new treatment it got changed to 2.15pm which I explained I couldn't do then because unfortunately something had come up regarding family personal things which I have to attend so I asked for the appointment to stay at the original start time of 1pm which I was told wasn't possible only from 2pm onwards which I don't understand when my original time was from 1pm anyway I then had no choice but to cancel the appointment and had to pay £24 cancellation I understand they loose money from business but I wanted to book in for another time or Day then as the time had been changed but I got charged cancellation fee instead very disappointed considering I've been a regular customer and I don't live in the same town so I travel to them ! I'm disappointed as sadly I won't be using them again now because of this misunderstanding I just wish they would contact customers a few days in advance about a patch test not within the cancellation fee period as this isn't fair on customers I know it says on the website about a patch test but because I had one previous I did not realise I would need another one maybe inform people a bit sooner.. so I'm now out of pocket ! I tried to say I would come in later in the week or next week and I would pay a fee on top of a treatment price but no they insisted I paid straight away by a link in a text I understand they get messed around and people not turning up but this was a genuine mistake but unfortunately now I won't be returning there .

   Cannot recommend Brava enough. I’m a regular and often feel comfortable to go to my evening’s appointments in my pjs. Cat and her team always make you feel very pampered, and are extremely professional. I have many treatments and recommend every single one! Brava is my go to place for all treatments and even just to escape daily life and have a stress free hour! Absolutely love it! HIGHLY recommend.

   Lovely staff. I have been going to Cat for years. Had many different treatments by Cat herself and Sarah. Always impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. They are also so helpful if your unsure or what to have done. So much knowledge and experience between all the girls there!

   I have been going to Brava for years now! I would never go anywhere else. Cat, the owner has done such an amazing job. I’ve had treatment from cat, and all the girls there and the standards are to the highest. The salon is beautiful, clean and fresh when you go in, all the staff are friendly and very welcoming. I have never been disappointed and will continue to go back for all of my treatments. Thank you cat, and all the girls!
