   The lady was very rude and extremely incompetent.She tried to embarrassing me on front of all customers because I claimed a guarantee issue with the shoes of my son . She was insisting that I have no right to claim damaget product because "it is normal to have damaget product for a few month in the guarantee period " If the company is giving guarantee no one from the staff shud be appealing company's policy. Extremely disappointed

   Fantastic Nike sports accessories available at this store and currently buy one get one half price sale for school shoes at Deichmann Weston Favell shopping centre Northampton. Click and collect and home delivery for disabled, single mums and pregnant ladies and easy disabled friendly entrance to the store access and places to sit down and try on your shoes. Friendly helpful customer service staff and plenty of bargains for the parents to grab a bargain of Graceland bags. Just opposite Tesco Extra supermarket store in Weston Favell shopping centre with access by Westone bridge in Northampton to the top floor Deichmann entrance or the free two hour car park on the ground floor. Also, another Deichmann store in the town centre at the Grosvenor centre but usually the staff at Weston Favell shopping centre have the most customers because it is near to the best Trilogy Lings Forum Leisure centre in Northampton and the best schools in Northampton.

   Lovely shoes and bargain at 75% off. But felt pressured at the till being offered numerous articles for sale at least 3 even though I kept declining one after the other, which would be costing more than the actual shoes. Stressful Retail therapy :(

   Went to Deichmann at Weston Favell today to find a specific style of shoe which was happily in stock. I was torn between two sizes and asked for assistance. Two team members, Viviana and Carl, immediately stopped what they were doing to help me. Their assistance was so helpful and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. This is definitely 5 * service and I will certainly return again.The great service continued at the till where I was complimented and this left me feeling very valued! Thanks so much for a great experience!

   Friendly, helpful staff and a good selection of styles. Sales items are mainly aimed at women, although to be fair I did manage to find a bargain myself recently, but thats a one off. Interesting to see whether the new shoe shop opened next door will have an effect.
