   I came to Fiona after someone recommended trying acupuncture to help with my PCOS and fertility issues. I was sceptical at first, but willing to give it a go — and I’m so glad I did. Taking a holistic approach truly made a difference. Fiona really took the time to listen to my concerns and created a personalised, bespoke plan to support my hormones and address the specific issues I was facing. The sessions were incredibly relaxing — I often found myself drifting off to sleep! Amazingly, after just a month of sessions, I fell pregnant. I couldn’t wait to share the news with Fiona.    This clinic is an absolute gem! It offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere right in the heart of the Brighton laines. I primarily use it as a space for my Reiki sessions, but we also host our monthly Reiki shares here too. The environment is truly calming and perfect for healing work - truly a rare find! I highly recommend this beautiful clinic to anyone looking for a tranquil and welcoming space for healing or events!

   I feel like shouting from the rooftops about how great my experience with Fiona was today. She took the time to fully understand my reasons for wanting an acupuncture session and the health symptoms I've been experiencing. She then put me on a path to understanding the potential reason behind these issues, which 4 separate medical doctors I've seen this week were unable to do. The acupuncture session itself was great; she made sure it was the right level for me with it being my first time and considering the stresses and health issues I've been experiencing. The space itself was very calm and relaxing. It was also incredible value for money, given the level of attention I got and in comparison to other acupuncture services I've looked at recently. All in all I can't recommend Fiona and The Sun Clinic highly enough.

   This is a fantastic calming space in the middle of Brighton. So easy to get to on the train...literally 5 minutes down the hill. Fiona offers wonderful acupuncture services. She asks relevant questions to make sure that she is meeting your current needs with the acupuncture location. Her kind and caring personality makes the experience a chance to feel completely relaxed and nothing is too much trouble for her. I will be a regular visitor and recommend this fab clinic to everyone!

   I've seen Fiona for a variety of issues, starting with a bereavement in 2018, once for back pain, and most recently throughout pregnancy. She's treated me for anything I've thrown at her! I would (and have) recommended her to so many people and have always enjoyed my treatments, not to mention the benefits which have always been felt almost immediately. A kind, intuitive and professional practitioner, and a calming, restful and restorative clinic.

   I've sought Fiona's help for a variety of complaints – physical, mental and emotional. She's needled me for migraines, anxiety, joint pain and ear inflammation, to name just a few, and each time I've left her clinic feeling mellow, relaxed and warmed to the core. With her help the amount of migraines I get has drastically decreased and my anxiety levels drop after a treatment and stay low for a good couple of weeks. The joint pain in my knee she addressed during one treatment had vanished to the point of me not even remembering I'd complained about it when asked during a follow-up appointment. Finding a suitable acupuncturist is a deeply personal choice and I am incredibly pleased to have found Fiona.
