Annie was superb at providing the best advice and support for returning to sport after a knee injury. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave cost-effective recommendations on a knee strap, a comprehensive exercise regime and rehabilitation advice. These have given me the confidence and ability to return to sport.

I had a women’s health physiotherapy session with Tina today and was extremely impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and advice. She was fantastic. She immediately put me at ease, was very thorough with her background questioning and gave me lots of practical help for the future. Annie has been great, she was very thorough as she diagnosed my problem and clearly explained what it was and how best to treat it. She explained that it’s a problem that can take a long time to resolve but she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it which also helped with my home exercises and after only 10 days, 2 sessions with Annie and some daily exercises at home I’ve been really pleased with the progress. Annie is friendly, gentle with her treatment and the results show that she really knows her stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, I’m extremely impressed and thankful that Annie was recommended to me.
