“I had the most incredible massage from Barbara. She is a kind approachable lady and spent time getting to know the reason for my treatment. I booked a clinical deep tissue massage as I was in a lot of pain with my back. I was experiencing lower back pain and pain from my neck and shoulder blades. Barbara was fantastic, she talked me through everything that she was doing. She used a range of massage techniques to loosen tight muscle. She regularly checked as to how I was feeling throughout the massage. She aided me to breathe through the pressure points. She was very knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with me. The class presents a good physical challenge and it has made me much stronger, faster and more flexible. Also it's very fun to get beaten up by black belts! The people who go are all very nice and great to hang out with. The instructor Mr Mayes is very professional and experienced. Definitely the best martial arts class in Brighton. Additionally, now I can also walk on rocks because my feet have become a lot harder. One of the best ways to do fitness and way more fun than going to the gym. 100% recommended.”
