The class presents a good physical challenge and it has made me much stronger, faster and more flexible. Also it's very fun to get beaten up by black belts! The people who go are all very nice and great to hang out with. The instructor Mr Mayes is very professional and experienced. Definitely the best martial arts class in Brighton. Additionally, now I can also walk on rocks because my feet have become a lot harder. One of the best ways to do fitness and way more fun than going to the gym. 100% recommended.”
