I’ve been having laser sessions at Laser Clinics Brighton with Jess and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I’ve now had 9 sessions with her and she is absolutely fantastic. Jess is so kind, professional, and always makes me feel completely comfortable – even when it’s a bit daunting having to get undressed. She’s very accommodating, reassuring, and just such a genuinely lovely person to be around. All of the staff at the clinic are also so friendly and professional, which makes the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. Every appointment has been a positive experience thanks to Jess and the team – I always leave feeling confident and well looked after!
Always super lovely staff, each make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Special shout out to Shantel she is a superstar, always gets the books and crannies and is so friendly and pleasant to chat to, makes me feel at ease and always love having her for laser. Thanks guys!

I have been getting laser hair removal at Laser Clinics UK - Brighton for about half a year, and the service they have provided has always been exceptional. I have sensitive skin that gets irritated easily, but thanks to their advice and following their recommendations, my skin has never been irritated again. I’m very happy to have chosen this place; they are super friendly, remember you, and I can always see them smiling. Hattie and Lola usually do my laser treatments, and they have been great. The receptionists and other staff are great too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. But I have to say thank you specially to Lola for her hard work as she seems to always be working long shifts and provides an amazing service to me!
I had an amazing customer service by all the staff in Brighton clinic especially by Mike. I was so desperate to have my laser hair removal treatment as it was overdue, so mike kindly fit me into their busy schedule. when I reach to the clinic everyone was so helpful and gave me lots of advices on my skin as I suffer from acne so I then booked myself a LED blue light treatment after they recommended me and I am definitely not disappointed at alll. everything is going so perfectly with my treatment, I couldn't complaint about anything. the staff is so so helpful and very professional. Thank you so much each and everyone one of you.
I had my first ever laser treatment with Cloe, who was so friendly and made the whole experience easy and chilled. The laser didn’t hurt at all and was so quick! I’m excited to see the results. I also had the Hydrafacial, which makes my skin feel so firm, cleared and renewed. The facial is amazing and I would highly recommend! Mike at Reception was also very friendly, approachable and super helpful with booking my appointments. Honestly such a good experience and very happy!
The team at the clinic are so lovely and helpful. Cloe is just incredible and made me feel completely at ease - she explained the whole process answering all my questions about laser hair removal. I have noticed such a difference after just two sessions. Recommending to all of my friends!
I had 10/10 experience here would definitely recommend- professional service and lovely experienced staff. I was very nervous going into my hair removal as a dark skinned woman but they where so helpful and explained the procedure everything went very well. Now I’m slickly smooth and now I go here regularly for my hydro facials, just convinced my best friend to get the hydro facial package to help her prep for her wedding and she’s had nothing but wonderful things to say too!
I was really apprehensive before having laser treatment due to having allot of dark facial hair and being told I had to shave everyday as I’ve always been used to plucking. However I’ve only had 2 sessions and I’m so pleased with the results so far. Chloe is fantastic & covers all areas very well, asking all the right questions giving me great aftercare advice & really cares about her clients. I feel Chloe gives me the best laser care I could receive from the Brighton laser clinics and would highly recommend asking for Chloe. Pam is fantastic too and one of the most welcoming, friendliest humans I’ve met. Thanks ladies looking forward to seeing you both soon
