John is a great super trendy guy so good at what he does..my feet well it's like walking on air after a visit
So far I've rang up four times and left my number as asked, and not heard anything. Will update if I actually get an appointment.
I have dreadful skin with thickening nails which i can't cut myself. Plus corns..lots. having visited here, i was hopeful I could get shoes on again but it didn't work and still in flip-flops. I appreciate there's lots to do on my feet and it's only half an hour so he did his best. Am going to book a longer appt next time as John didn't have time. Lovely people but did feel rushed. As i say though, my feet are a nightmare so will amend review if I can get shoes on!!! UPDATE...no joy, they couldn't seem to sort my feet out, so I arranged for a home visit by a podiatrist and never look back. My feet are brilliant and it's cheaper than the clinic for an hour appointment. So, if he can do it, why couldnt this place?
I would highly recommend the clinic, so friendly my feet feel amazing, will definitely go again.
I can't fault the physio side of this at all. Laura is amazing, knows exactly where to treat on my body in order to make it work better. I definitely feel a difference for the better after being treated. 5 stars all round!
Fantastic help in preparing me for a marathon - custom orthotics from John and physio from Lee got me over the line. Friendly and efficient service from reception team.
Disappointing on the Level. Having managed to get past the rude manner I was dealt with initially on the phone I was not necessarily surprised to relieve sub-par service in the practise. Attending with a very painful corn I can only say that I left in a worse state with no advice as to what was wrong or what to do in future to make it better. I was given no practical advice or assistance, and a full 'once over' of my feel wasn't even completed. Everything was rushed and I was 'in and out' as soon as possible. If you want REAL service go to Soul Sister.
