I arranged an apointment for my wife ready for a forthcomming holiday. A few hours before the apointment Superdrug cancelled by email informing us we should make another appointment. As Superdrug insist on a £20 cancelation fee if a customer cancels within 24hrs of an apointment I egarly await a similar deposit into my account. I appreciate that things occur and appointments have to be cancelled but ... Where peoples holidays are concerned and vaccines might be time sensetive to just cancel without assistance or offering an alternative seems a little cavaleer. I did not rebook as I was concerned that the same issue might occur at the closest available appointment the following week. A little research and I found I could get a "walk in" just up the road in Hangleton on the same day.
