   I needed help with shoulder/spine injury and brutally knotted surrounding muscles, having had this before, I knew it could take months to resolve. Ben has such a calm and reassuring approach, adjusted the therapy intensity to suit me and regularly adjusted my own daily stretching routine as the therapy progressed. Just a really nice guy to help you through what can be a difficult time/injury. I'm thankfully back to normal levels...but Ben will always be in my contacts if there's a sign of a flare-up.    Ben is amazing at what he does. I was suffering from bad tension headaches from biting my jaw down all the time. I instantly felt relief from my jaw pain on my first session and my headaches was gone and have not returned at all since that first session and we are now 2 months into having treatments. I cannot recommend enough. If you are suffering with pain even if you just have 1 session you will notice a difference! He truly is amazing and knows what he is doing he is very professional!
