Came in as a Saturday morning walk in, was seen within an hour. Everyone in the office was really lovely, and I felt listened to when I told my nurse about my concerns. The testing with swift and painless!
I had a copper coil fitted recently and just wanted to say how reassuring the experience was thanks to Sally Anne and Rachel! They made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process—friendly, professional, and so reassuring. I was a bit nervous going in, but they created such a calm, supportive environment that really put me at ease. Thank you both so much!
Brilliant experience with the doctor who changed my implant: I've had 5 done before and this one was the quickest and most painless, and she was very gracious about my late arrival. I would only have been 5 minutes late (due to unavoidable bus delays) but ended up being 10 minutes over because there was only one receptionist on when I arrived, and they took 5 minutes to get off the phone. Would be good if there were more receptionists available for these kinds of situations.
So thankful for this place. Ended up seeking their services after a traumatic situation, and the staff were all incredibly supportive and caring. They gave me all the information I needed, but in such a way that I didn't feel overwhelmed. And they provided me with comprehensive care – from emotional and mental support, to testing and jabs. This centre has played an huge part in my healing, and I feel lucky to have ended up there! (Also special mention to Andy who had the lightest touch when he took my blood today! It was the least painful blood draw I've ever experienced)
Absolutely lovely staff and doctors. I went in for an IUD removal and it was the quickest most painless process ever. Amber and Geraldine were so wonderful - they made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire process at every step. Blessed to have such exceptional service in Brighton!

The nhs website instructed me to contact this clinic, I called, waited over 45 minutes before my call was answered, only to be told the service I needed has ceased, instead of assuring me that they will advise nhs that they're no longer providing this service so nhs can update their website information, they start blaming nhs. When I voice concern for the inconvenience I've endued, the service manager stated even though they've stopped mass service, she can book me in! When I queried why wasn't that offered to me in the first place instead of her reception and her kept telling me they've stopped providing that service, the line went dead. Furthermore when the Service Manager came on the line, she asked for my full name which I gladly gave to her, however when I asked for her full name, she gave me her first name and said I do not need her surname. Is this the nhs service that we're all fighting for?
I had my coil fitted twice here by Mrs J Bowe , she and health care assistance Chaya were extremely professional and caring, they know well what they are doing and respected my time and guided me with compassion and kindness all the way through the procedure. So very happy with the experience here. However I feel so sad that they have to work in a room with no heating! After all the hard work they do ... I think management really needs to do something about this once and for all, it's not comfortable for the patients either! The reception staff were really helpful too :)
Absolutely brilliant service! Yesterday I had to go for a second attempt of a pretty painful procedure and was so lucky enough to have the best support there. I felt quite anxious about going through it again but I was immediately put at ease and felt so comforted throughout the whole process right until the end of it. Thank you so much to Ali and Jo - you’re both amazing! :-)
My experience of the clinic was honestly amazing. I have been waiting months to get my implant out and thought I had better get a back up contraceptive whilst I waited for it. But the nurse offered to take it out for me. I was scared as hated it last time but she talked to me throughout and did such an amazing job that my arm healed so quickly with no blood. Everyone was so kind and I couldn't thank them enough.
