The staff are amazing at the Lawson .i hate routine blood appointments .A big thank you to the lovely reception team especially the lady who made me a cup of tea to calm me down . And the lovely Alan who took my bloods with no problems .

I had my blood taken here and told them I bruise very badly after bad experiences with blood being taken elsewhere. The gentlemen who took my blood was incredible. No pain, not a single bruise, no sign I had had blood taken. The staff were lovely, friendly and know exactly what they are doing.
They're very caring and friendly professionals. However I'm giving 2 stars because they are impossible to get in touch with on the phone. I'm working 9 to 6 weekdays and to get my repeat medication I need them to send notification to my pharmacy. I keep calling them and nobody answers the phone. My pharmacy tells me that they haven't got anything from Lawson unit and I should call them!! Yes but nobody answers the f.. phone!!!
I recently visited Clinic T at the Lawson Unit and I am so, so grateful for the wonderful, professional, caring, comforting staff there. I am a partner of man who is transgender (I am a cis woman) and was welcomed and treated so kindly. From the reception team to Dr Kate, everyone put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I am so grateful that this clinic exsists and can’t sing everyone’s praises highly enough! Thank you all x
