Ella has been amazing and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She’s been looking after my lower back which I have been struggling with for the past 2 years. I’m happy to report that once I started visiting Ella she has now managed to get my back to such a good level I no longer need physio, so I thank you. However I will be visiting again for a maintenance massage when required, as I have a very physical job. I know Ella can keep my feeling as good a possible.

I fell and sprained my wrist a couple months ago. A friend recommended this clinic to me. James was brilliant, friendly and polite. He took my concerns seriously even though they weren't at all sports related. I craft, including crochet and sewing and the thought that I might lose mobility in my hand seriously worried me. James was very reassuring, he talked me through the procedures and equipment he intended to use and expressed interest in my hobbies, asking lot of questions, helping me to feel at ease. He was also patient in explaining the exercises he gave me to aid my recovery. I would (and already have) recommend James and this whole clinic to anyone with an injury, however small they think it is.

The physio was very personable, I saw them a few times for an issue with my knee, I was given exercises but never a diagnosis/told what the issue was. The pain didn’t seem to be getting better but appointments got further and further apart I think more so because they were super busy than anything else. Probably more the practice overloading work on them. I tried sundial and much happier with the service.

Sussex Injury Clinic is absolutely fantastic! Back on March 1st, I sprained my ankle pretty badly at a dance competition, and I was worried about a long recovery. Thankfully, James there, has been incredible. He guided me through a recovery plan with continuous well-being exercises that not only healed my ankle but made it stronger than before. The care and expertise at Sussex Injury Clinic are top-notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing support! I never thought that my ankle could get strong again after multiple injuries but James here has completely turned that around it’s been a long and difficult journey but I would never know how to repay them as now I can live on to pursue my dreams of being a dancer ABSOLUTELY Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S - recommend James he is very funny and very good at his job thank you so very much Sussex injury clinic

I had my first session with James last week, and he was brilliant. I have Plantar Fasciitis and have been to 2 other clinics, before trying for a 3rd time at Sussex Injury Clinic. I am a dancer so constantly on my feet and for the first time in a year, I finally feel like I am in safe and good hands, and on the road to recovery! James was very thorough and kind, explaining everything he was doing. He is extremely knowledgeable and can’t rate him highly enough.
