Reasonable access. Free parking. A few awkward doorways to negotiate. On the whole as a wheelchair user I'd say it was pretty good. Shame the disabled toilet was closed off and hopefully it will be back in action soon. No idea why downstairs reception wasn't staffed but although there was a sign explaining what was happening I think it's worth remembering that not everyone can read for various reasons so there was a certain reliance on other patients to help those struggling. Nice and clean everywhere I saw. The lift was tiny and I was glad I was using my small lightweight wheelchair as my carer was only just able to get in the lift with me!

Nearly always had a good and positive experience here. Always been seen or received a call back on the day I phone. Even saw me before registering as I had family registered there. Recommend them.

The day after leaving hospital i discovered a nasty case of allergy to the dressing that had been used. Despite the Carden Surgery nurse being fully booked she somehow managed to squeeze me in to be seen and fitted in 3 further appointments for replacement dressings. She was so reassuring, sympathetic and warm and exactly what was needed when i felt so vulnerable.

Probably the best doctors surgery I’ve ever had. They stay on top of my health and message me to request I make an appointment for check ups. I was born with a complicated health condition. If I need them they are there. I normally approach them online through reception if I have a question. They reply within 24 hours and ask me to make an appointment if they deem it necessary. The receptionists are lovely. People are nice if you are!

I had a scan with msi here today. Despite being extremely anxious about my appointment and the wait time it was absolutely worth it for the support I got from the midwives I had. I believe their names were Jess and Jane! I truly hope they see this and know how much their help impacted me today. Their support is something i’ll take with me everywhere. Thank you:)

While I appreciate that the pandemic has caused innumerable problems, for the last 15 mnths it has been a nightmare to get through to this surgery via the telephone. The wait time has averaged out at over 20 mins & one occasion, having reached my turn to be answered, I waited a further 12 mins but nobody answered the phone. After 5 attempts on various days of trying to get through, my call was answered. I explained my consultant had requested a stool test be done. The receptionist stated categorically that it was not the doctors job & the consultant should do it. I advised the consultant had written to the doctor, stating which specific test was to be done & that I needed to collect the appropriate kit from my GP surgery. The receptionist then replied that the computer systems were offline that day & she terminated the phone call!!!

I was a patient at this surgery for a while. Dr Rogers is one of the best doctors I've had, listens to your concerns and acts on them. Dr Khan was also good when I had an appointment with him. Some of the other doctors not so good, but believe some of them have now left Can't think of any complaints to be honest

I tried to be polite and approachable, however being judged immediately by the way I look and what I was after is extremely unprofessional. I imagined the pharmacy staff to be trained in this area but apparently not. I felt embarrassed and like I was in the way the entire time. Please think outside the box and think about your body language and tone of voice. This is why I hate going there. That and the extremely long wait for the judgemental doctors.

Every time ive called up the rude woman has been unhelpful and mocking when ive asked a question. When I always try to be polite to everyone I talk to in that capacity. They also never sent my referral for a very important op. I had to call up and chase round. Calling for an appointment this morning with that woman answering is the last straw im changing doctors. No one wants to feel this way after trying to call the doctors.
