   Absolutely appalling dentist. Do not go anywhere near them, they are a complete waste of money. I had extreme dental pain so was hoping that they would do something to help. I was in so much pain that I was crying. Her bedside manner was appalling. No empathy or understanding. She took an X-ray and told me I just need to go to a hygienist. Even though it was clear I was in a lot of pain. Eventually she gave me antibiotics, which were the wrong ones. Within days my jaw had swollen massively. I went to my local dentist who were amazing. They told me I had a massive abscess and the the tooth was fractured. The emergency dentist should have been able to see this from the x-Ray. The prescribe the correct antibiotics and explained once the treatment was completed the tooth would need to be extracted. She also told me the this kind of abscess was dangerous as it could lead to my throat closing up. Lucky I just did not hope the incorrect antibiotics would work as I could have ended up in AE or worse. All this need not have happened if the dentist had done her job. I will be taking my complaint to the ICB as I can’t seem to complain direct to the dentist

   This isn't a vets it's a business they don't care about animals just money and there happy to leave a dog who has a hole in his side after they stitched him up poorly and it has all reopened 2hrs later but want another £300 to do it again or told me to go somewhere else. Absolutely discussing do not use this vet's

   Absolutely dreadful service and you should be ashamed of yourselves saying that you care about the calls you receive when you very clearly don’t. Since 5:30 I have been on hold. I was on hold as number 1 in the queue for 18 minutes for them to tell me that there was a high volume of calls and they hung up on me. I then continued to call back over and over again to get a new automated message regarding swelling and giving details. I was then told I was 4 in the queue and received another automated message telling me they were fully booked for the evening. Awful service, let me talk to a person, absolutely dreadful when I have half a tooth and an infection starting. You should all be disgraced in what you call a “helpful” service as you are of absolutely no help to anyone. This is the second day in a row that I have tried this. I am absolutely furious. No wonder your message talks about ‘we will not tolerate abuse or aggression to staff’. I am hardly surprised that you receive that much.

   Took my handicapped son to the emergency dentist and I can't praise them high enough. The dentist was so patient and kind. My son was kept so calm by the dentist so he was able to drill clean and temporary fill the offending tooth. Thank you so much. Other dentists take note you can learn alot from this man we saw.

   Fantastic Service. I phoned a few times in the last couple of weeks for advice on an extremely painful tooth and every receptionist I spoke to was so kind and knowledgeable. This morning I attended to have a tooth removed and the whole experience was excellent. All safety measures for covid are in place and you feel completely safe. The dentist was lovely and did a wonderful job and the dental assistant was so nice, making sure that I was ok throughout the procedure. Thank you for such wonderful service.

   Absolutely amazing service, called to get an emergency appointment after knocking my tooth out and exposing the nerve. Was given an appointment and was seen 10 mins after arrival. Really professional and compassionate service that was pain free. I can now enjoy my Christmas pain free. Thanks to all the wonderful people at this clinic

   After being in agony for two days, I rang to book an appointment and got one 45 mins after the call. The dentist was brilliant and really nice. I suffer from severe anxiety and he made it easy for me. I ended up having one tooth out, that was fairly quick and painless. One day on and I have zero! Pain, nothing at all and I can't tell you how good it feels :)
