   I can't really fault this surgery and ive been a patient for many years. Considering the strain GP services are under at the moment, they do remarkably well. My recent experience with Dr Chandy has been very good. She is always attentive, very thorough and I feel confident in her approach in helping deal with my current health issues!

   I am almost always seen within a minute or two of the official appointment time. With either doctor or nurse the experience has invariably been satisfactory and reassuring. I have belonged to this surgery for many years and have been well looked after on all occasions.

   I recently went to visit Dr McCreanor regarding some unusual symptoms I was experiencing which were probably related to menopause. She was exceptional. Listened to me. Offered so much wisdom and knowledge and reassured me that I was in safe hands. Dr McCreanor was a breath of fresh air. Out NHS is precious and u def so much pressure. She was able to put this pressure aside and treat me holistically. Thank you.

   Excellent care! Definitely my go to place for medical care. Always helpful and staff go out of their way to support me as a patient. The online system is easy to use but reception staff also helpful. I find the new system more helpful than the 8am phone queue! . A tad tricky taking calls when working but in general the system works effectively. Thank you all for my recent appointment when my hearing was bad.

   Very impressed with the speed with which a doctor responded to my request for help. They really are an excellent practice but, dare I say, before people leave negative reviews whereby they expected them to work miracles or move mountains I wish they would realise that the doctors and staff are human too, under tremendous pressure and have problems of their own. We really would be totally lost without them.

   Been with this surgery for 11 years, Coral & Trevor have always been great as have the Drs and Nurses, until I moved house, I was told that there was a Transitional period of up to 6 weeks; having been away and unwell I’ve not had time or been well enough to register with. New GP on day 9 of the six week period I find I can’t log in to patient access and get an important prescription for my Bipolar Medication and my Asthma Inhaler, medication I CAN NOT be without - when I phoned up I was basically told tough that victoria Rd we’re not longer my GP and the woman was just a Receptionist and there’s nothing she could do about it more like there was nothing she was prepared to do about it I’ve had to spend the afternoon ringing up waiting for my psychiatrist secretary to speak to me To arrange and she was also appalled you had left me with no way of getting my medication and I’ve had to call 101 to get an asthma inhaler prescription done as I won’t be able to get registered to get a prescription in time it’s absolutely disgusting that you would leave a patient with no medication and no way of getting it -such a shame to leave on a bad note I also suggest you don’t get members of staff to deal with patients that they know on a personal level very awkward and unprofessional for both parties-

   Due to an unforseen health event I had to use Victoria Road Surgery services a multiple times over the past few weeks. I felt compelled to leave my review, because my experience with this particular establishment was absolutely brilliant. Not once I had a problem with booking on the day appointment and I am very grateful for all the help and support received. I would definitely recommend this practice based on my personal experience.
